2. CrossFit West Nashville
This gym is for all my athletes and former sports players. Not only does this gym offer CrossFit, hybrid, and weightlifting classes, but it also offers nutrition coaching and 1-0n-1 coaching. The day pass is only $25 and, for unlimited access, it costs $199/mo. The best thing, I like, about this gym is its flexibility with open gym hours. 3. Gym 5
Located on Main St, sits one of the coolest gyms in Nashville. Not only is this place an amazing facility, but to think about what the gym has been through and where it is today, is incredibly heartwarming. Just 4 years ago, Adam Wright was hit with one of his worst nightmares. But I know, you should never rule out a passionate gym owner. Watch Mr. Wright lean on his community and dedication to build Gym 5 up after an EF1 was followed minutes later by a stronger and longer EF2 tornado. Fast forward to 2024, Gym 5 is thriving, offering corporate wellness, extensive strength equipment, and even having an outdoor, workout yard. Make sure to check out Gym 5's full profile to see additional information like equipment, trainer information, and all the great amenities they offer.
