Let me introduce you to the driving forces behind CrossFit Myo. Meet Eric Newton, the Owner, with an impressive 15 years of experience in Health & Fitness, coaching, and training. Leading the Barbell Club is Blane Diamond, a seasoned coach and athlete, overseeing Myo’s weightlifting class and providing personalized 1-on-1 training. His expertise ensures that members of the Barbell Club receive uncompareable guidance in their weightlifting pursuits.

Completing the all-star team is Taylor Foos, the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. With a CrossFit journey dating back to 2010, Taylor has not only participated in multiple CrossFit, weightlifting, and obstacle course competitions but also holds a collection of certifications, including CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Weightlifting Level 2, and USAW Level 1.
