- The Lost Breed (Cromwell)
The Lost Breed Gym in Cromwell, CT is a fairly new gym and is definitely overall the “best gym.” Its aesthetic, price, and equipment are all cool designs. Ran by The Lost Breed social media group they have built a space for their community of followers and locals to all share the love of fitness.
- Arsens (Wallingford)
This gym is definitely a more serious bodybuilding gym. They have a very sleek design making it aesthetically pleasing for filming. They are home to fitness creators such as Alex Giardina and Stef Meyers. They have a younger demographic of customers, all around a great gym and community.
- Iron Factory (Brookfield)
The Iron Factory in Danbury is an aesthetic gym that offers a variety of equipment accommodating a variety of training styles and even has a posing room. They have 24/7 access for their members and have a fair membership price. They even sell supplements by the front desk. Again, a great community in this gym highly recommend.
- Iron House (Old Saybrook)
This Hybrid Gym with its graffiti wall designs is a smaller space but has a variety of body building machines and space for CrossFit Training. They have amazing owners and an amazing community! A very friendly environment to workout in, supports entry level lifters all the way to competitive lifters which is what separates itself from all the other gyms on the list.
- Powerhouse (New Haven)
This is your classic bodybuilding gym, with its older run down feel you feel like you’re training in Rocky. This is definitely a more serious gym for lifters who want to do their own thing. Less talking, more lifting in this gym. Very cool space with nice red colors and lights.
